The PPG Semco® Model 388 Semkit® Package Mixer from Delta is designed to deliver complete automated mixing of pre-filled Semkit® package. The mixer helps reduce worker fatigue while producing a more even and consistent mixture from kit to kit. It is easy to use and runs on air only, making it a great addition to hangars and remote job locations. The mixer has a built-in timer and automatic shut-off for safety and easy operation.
The PPG Semco® Model 388 Mixer from Delta works by moving a Semkit® package up and down along a rotating dasher rod. The dasher rod is moved by a reversing air cylinder which is powered by a low-speed, high-torque gear motor. The combination of rotation and stroking movement does a thorough job of mixing the Semkit® package, creating an even consistency. The mixer automatically shuts off when the pre-set mix cycle has been completed. The Semco® Model 388 Mixer is made from durable materials and designed to withstand the rigors of industrial use.
