2. Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged)
Lost in Transit: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we take full liability. We will offer a full refund or a free reshipment.

3. Customized Items
Please note that personalized/customized items are final sale unless they arrive defective or with a printing error. In such cases, we will reprint and reship the item at no cost to you.
