Description
DMC’s manual two-step banding tools are qualified to SAE AS81306/2 specifications. The DBS-1100 is designed to install .250 inch M85049/128 welded buckle bands. These tools tension and cut the band leaving an extended cut off tab. The DBS-R03 (M81306/2-01C) roll-over tool is then used to fold the extended cut off tab 180° to prevent slippage. The PBT1100 pneumatic banding tool is also available for improved ergonomics in high production environments.
The DBS-1100 installs M85049/128-1 flat and M85049/128-2 coiled bands. It also includes the DBS-1100-32 Tension Adjustment Key.
